                          1st meeting of the new season

                          Open to the General Public & CEAC Volunteers alike !

                           Program, show-n-tell, tours of CEAC greenhouses

                           COME TO LEARN, SHARE & GET ANSWERS !

 

WHEN:          Saturday, 9/12/15

                      11:30am for a social (bring your lunch, etc.)

                      12 noon for the meeting

                       Tours, Discussions, etc. : About 1:30 until about 2:30pm

PROGRAM:   Mr. Tom Hanson, CEAC Volunteer & Entrepreneur

                          Tom will talk about

-  His greenhouse/hydroponic business – Learning by doing !

-  His experiences at the Farmers Markets – Feeding the world (or at least locally) !

-  The class he taught this Summer – Branching out & teaching what you’ve learned !

 

OTHER:       Bring questions about anything ‘plant’ (problems, successes,

                      new crops or varieties you’re using, etc.)

                      Bring ‘show-n-tell’ or other things to share with the group
